1. Introduction

Welcome to RadReality Technologies Ltd. By registering your facility and utilizing our offline-first hospital management system, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Hardware Ownership & Licensing

All preconfigured local servers delivered to your facility remain the permanent property of the facility upon full payment of the one-time hardware setup fee. Software licenses (Cloud Basic, Hybrid Standard, Clinical Pro) are billed annually and grant you access to cloud synchronization, R-PACS integration, and AI diagnostic tools.

3. Data Security & Multi-Tenancy

We employ strict multi-tenant architecture. Your clinical data is encrypted and completely isolated via dedicated facility IDs. RadReality Technologies Ltd does not access, view, or modify patient records without explicit, documented authorization for technical support.

4. Service Level & Connectivity

While our Hybrid and Pro systems are designed to guarantee zero clinical downtime locally regardless of internet status, cloud synchronization and remote tele-radiology features require an active internet connection. We are not liable for delays caused by local Internet Service Providers.
